Hello Kwame, good morning this is mom, calling to wish you a very very joyous birthday. Wish you all the best that you wish for yourself, and I'm so proud to have you as my son. Enjoy your day. Bye

Intro:
They say happiness is not so much having, but appreciating. The world has good and bad to show you every day. So I wanted to take this song and let you know how much I appreciate you all and the good you bring my life.
Verse:
Growing up with nothing, thought I deserved nothing, grew out my shell and decided to stop fronting
Every human deserves the happiness regardless, of the circumstantial crappiness causing hardship
Due to the lack of tangible goods, I learned to appreciate our actual hood
It’s not the thing, but the experience, that’s how we enjoy it, not quite mysterious
The boom bap, the rhythm of projects, every kick and snare, helps the process
Nobody’s a fan, you all community, and we gonna party soon, talking you and me
Get it popping off with the con life, wait… CORONAVIRUS … so not right
Now, we’ll find a way around, ain’t no way you’ll keep this happiness down
Every single person who been showing me love, means the world to me, caz' you don’t owe me none
But I’ve come around, used to be I’d shut it down, now we steady balanced and I think it’s time to run the crown
Over the years with this music thing, didn’t quite imagine who it would bring
It’s not about what I have, it’s the people who are with me when I walk the path
[Soultron of D&D Sluggers]
Hook:
Oh so sincerely, I wanted to... Thank you
It bears repeating, I really do... Thank you
[Creative Mind Frame]
Verse:
Step into the next phase, I just graduated now so let’s get paid
Life is all twisted up naw its always been, just a structure in which we’ve grown up as a number in
Who I’m gonna call now, panic all day taking sleeping pills just to calm down
Feelings are for cats who need that coddle up, she said I gotta man up so bottles up
No path defined I gotta go past, panic and hope that I make it through the low pass
No need to go fast, stop and take it in, the world embraces the things we are creative in
Now I’ve been blessed with, a bunch of like minded people to connect with
And the best is, we can all raise each other up from rock bottom, don’t forget this
[Soultron of D&D Sluggers]
Hook:
Oh so sincerely, I wanted to... Thank you
It bears repeating, I really do... Thank you
[Creative Mind Frame]
Random Thanking Monologue:
So I wanted to take a moment to just thank you, for everyone who has supported me whether it's buying a song, maybe we just had a good time at a show! I can say that it took my life and put it on a better path of happiness.
So let's do that for everyone.

Obviously as a nerd mainly into punk rock and heavy metal I first got into Mega Ran from his VGM-based projects. A Mega Man X project with vinyl to boot? Count me in! Amazing how the "Start" sound alone triggers a flood of good memories. Brilliant work guys. Sean Comerford

I love this album because Mega Ran handed it to me himself in Baltimore, it was the last copy they had! Also, it's a great collection of his work. coolloserguy

I love this whole album: It just captures a wide range of experiences and affects the listener with a wide range of emotions.
I first liked this album because of the nerdcore elements, but I fell in love when I realized that these verses were true poetry, speaking to a deeper truth and beauty unlike most hip-hop I've heard. "A Poet" exemplifies this with its bittersweet message about how poetry is not valued. This is the first hip-hop tune I've ever shed a tear over.
Take a bow, Mega Ran. platinumazure
